STOCK AVAILABILITY:
When you place an order, you'll see one of these 3 choices in stock availability.
In stock: Indicates that the product and the quantity requested are indeed in stock, and should therefore be delivered on time.
Out of stock: Indicates that the product or the requested quantity of the product is missing. In this case, the product is still available but not in stock. We still authorize orders because it may be a matter of days before the product is back in stock, and we can deliver within an acceptable timeframe. If the delivery time is too long, we will contact you either to suggest a replacement, or you may decide to wait for the missing product or simply refund the missing product.
Made-to-order: This term is often used for jewelry or handmade items. It indicates that this product may not be in stock and that we will order it or, in the case of jewelry, manufacture it. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. Once we receive your order, we will contact you by e-mail to confirm delivery times. You can also contact us for delivery times before sending your order.

Shipping and handling is at a flat rate of $12.00 plus taxes for Quebec, and $18.00 for the rest of Canada.
Additional charges may apply for special orders that are oversized and heavier than 2kg. If this is the case, it will be confirmed to you and the additional charges will have to be paid before your order is shipped.
We ship via Canada Post.
Orders are processed within a maximum of 72 hours.
Delivery time is approximately 5 to 12 working days from the order date.

United States:
Shipping and handling charges for the United States are a flat fee of $18.00. We ship via Canada Post by expedited parcel with a tracking number. Orders are processed within 48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 5 to 12 business days to reach customs.
Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and will be charged to you upon receipt of your order. These charges are based on the value and origin of your package. It is understood that Perles et créations cannot be held responsible for any customs clearance fees, and the customer agrees to pay these fees upon receipt of the package.
International:
International shipping and handling is charged at a flat rate of $50.00. Depending on the region, weight and size of your package, it is possible that the cost may be lower. If this is the case, we will credit you the difference in the days following shipment. It's also possible that the cost is a little higher, and if this is the case, we'll notify you by e-mail, and you'll have the choice of accepting or refusing the difference. If you refuse, we'll refund the full amount of your order, plus any delivery charges you've already paid.

Our Pret-a-porter jewelry
Our jewelry is carefully handcrafted and inspected for quality control before delivery.
Our Ready-to-wear jewelry is covered by a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
The warranty on our jewelry does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, poor maintenance or if any modification has been made by anyone other than the Perles et Créations jewelry artisans.
Returns (for all products)
If you are not satisfied with the product you have ordered, or if a product is defective, you may return it to us within 10 days of purchase (except for Prêt-à-porter jewelry, which is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 60 days).
Before returning a product, you must obtain an authorization number by contacting us by e-mail at info@boutique.perlesetcreations.com and providing us with your invoice number and the reason for the return.
You must wait for an authorization number before sending your package. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number.
Returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging with the invoice and return number.
Upon receipt of your return, Perles et créations will issue a credit note to your account or an exchange at your convenience for the returned products. A 20% restocking fee may be charged and deducted from the refund.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is caused by a shipping error on our part or a defect. In this case, please use Canada Post regular delivery, and we will issue a credit to your account for your shipping costs.
Perles et créations cannot be held responsible for breakage or damage caused by shipping.
No returns or exchanges on clearance or final sale items or special orders.
No exchanges or refunds for products that have been cut (such as chains or strings).
